Every trip starts with understanding you: what you're hoping to get out of it, how you like to spend your days, what actually matters to you versus what just sounds good on paper. That's what shapes the itinerary, not a checklist of places everyone gets shown.
That same instinct, seeing how the pieces need to fit together, comes from years spent solving problems for a living, first as an engineer, then in finance, where a missed detail had real consequences. I bring that same attention to a trip: catching the transition that doesn't work, the day that's overloaded, the detail that would otherwise become your problem to solve once you're there, so it's handled before you ever notice it.
You start by filling out my inquiry form: who's traveling, your style and preferences, what's worked on past trips, and what hasn't. From there, we get on a call to talk through your trip and make sure I understand what you’re hoping to get out of the trip.
I build the full itinerary: routing, pacing, hotels, and experiences that fit your priorities. You review it, and we make any final adjustments so it's ready to book.
Once the plan is set, I lock in the bookings and loop in the hotels and local partners ahead of your arrival, so they know who's coming and what matters to you before you check in.
You travel. If something comes up, a delay, a change of plans, a question, you have a local contact through my partners who knows your trip and can help in real time.
We check in afterward: what you loved, what didn't resonate as much, and what you'd want more or less of next time. Every trip after this one is closer to your ideal.
