Hotel booked through my preferred partnerships
You already know where you want to stay. Booking it through me gets you more: the property knows who you are before you arrive, takes extra care of you, and my relationships generally mean daily breakfast, a property credit, and an early check-in or late checkout when the hotel can arrange it. Loyalty programs and credit card travel portals promise upgrades 'subject to availability.' What actually decides that is priority: who the hotel looks after first when something opens up. While it's not always a guarantee, priority is the difference between no upgrade at all, a slightly better view, an actual higher category of room, and, every so often, an upgrade that's confirmed before you even arrive.

I recommend hotels that fit your style, book them through my partnerships, and make sure the transfers and logistics actually work together. You'll get recommendations for where to eat and what to do along the way, plus links to trusted partners for booking tours and activities, so you can choose what fills each day. Once you've left, that side of the trip is yours to handle: reservations, day-of decisions, anything that comes up. If you'd rather I choose and book the experiences for you and support you while you're on the ground, that's full-service planning.

Full day-by-day itinerary
I plan the full itinerary, recommend and book the hotels through my preferred partnerships, and arrange the transfers and timing between each stop. Where the destination allows it, that includes a meet-and-assist at the airport, someone waiting for you as you land. I also design each day of the trip, choosing and booking experiences based on what you're interested in and what you're hoping to get out of the trip, and building the right balance of activities and free time around how you like to travel. I can also assist with dining reservations. While you're traveling, you'll have a local contact through my partners, someone in your time zone who knows your trip, for questions, issues, or last-minute changes.
